La Marzocco Linea Mini

Locale Coffee Roasters has announced it will auction off the La Marzocco Linea Mini machine that was used to serve coffees at the Beijing Winter Olympic Games in China.

From 24 January to 23 February, Jacob King made coffees for Australian athletes, coaches and support staff in a permanent café established in the Australian headquarters in the Beijing athlete village.

Freighted to Beijing specifically for the Olympic Games, the La Marzocco Linea Mini has been signed by the entire Australian Winter Olympic team.

Locale says 50 per cent of the winning bid will be donated to Givit Australia in support of people affected by floods in New South Wales and Queensland.

Retailing for more than $7000, the action for the LM Linea Mini ends at 7.00pm AEST on 24 June 2022.
